How we handle your information.
MP Coaching ("we", "us") is run by Matt Penney, based in North Wales, UK. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
This site collects personal information in two places:
- Any enquiry form on this site (including the general enquiry form and the service-personnel enquiry form): your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field.
- The free guide signup: your email address, if you opt in to receive our free training guide.
We don't use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology on this site. We don't collect any information about you just from browsing.
Why we collect it
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry about coaching services. We don't use them for marketing.
If you sign up for the free guide, we use your email to send you that guide, plus occasional emails about MP Coaching, only because you've explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, no need to contact us.
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever, regardless of which form you used.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to us using Netlify Forms, part of the same platform that hosts this site, which relays your submission straight to our email inbox.
Free guide signups are processed using Brevo, an email marketing platform, which stores your email address and sends the automated emails on our behalf.
This site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, standard for any website.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your device requests those files directly from Google's servers, sharing your IP address with Google as part of that request.
How long we keep it
We only keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you. If we don't go on to work together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do start coaching together, we'll keep the details needed to deliver that service for as long as the coaching relationship lasts.
Free guide signup emails are kept until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us at any time to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information entirely
